2 new Tulsa County maintenance facilities including site prep and civil upgrades, multiple structures on each site, support facilities for fleet and equipment as well as operations and administration.

Tulsa County was in dire need of new facilities to support their operations in order to support the people of Tulsa. These facilities, built simultaneously, will serve the county and community for years to come and with the top notch technology and design, these facilities are the pinnacle of design and construction for others to mimic in the future.

The “owner” scope of work was eventually contracted to ACO to include in our scope of work, putting us behind schedule but with efficient scheduling, were able to right the ship and get things back on schedule. Coordinating the two sites at the same time with same subcontractors and suppliers had its challenges as well.
