Aaron was raised in the construction industry, as a builder’s son. So from a very early age, he spent many summers physically working on construction sites and learning the “hands on” trades. After graduation from Oklahoma State University, with a B.S. in Engineering Technology/Construction Management, he put his field experience together with his education and quickly rose to the top of the industry. His ability to work so well with others, to understand the needs of his customers and his continuing knowledge of the changing construction means and methods has made him the ideal professional for designing, value engineering and negotiating projects to meet the needs of his customers. Customer relations is one of Aaron’s biggest assets, he delivers what is agreed upon. His client list is strong, but he is ready to make it longer and stronger. Aaron is ASHE Certified (American Society of Healthcare Engineers), past AGC of OK Board Member (Association of General Contractors), an AIA affiliate Member (American Institute of Architects), OSHA 30 Hour course completed, and an AGC Committee Member.
Paul brings 22 years of construction management experience to A.C. Owen Construction. He joined the company in 2018 as our Senior Project manager where he was responsible for the overall coordination, management and administration functions from project development to project completion and warranty. Paul graduated with a Bachelors of Science in English fro The University of Oklahoma. As the Operations Manager his responsibilities include the Project Management team, field operations team, safety and personnel for both the Oklahoma City and Tulsa locations. Leadership, problem solving techniques, critical path analysis, customer relations and the ability to deliver successful projects are a few of the skills he brings to our team. Paul works closely and successfully with our clients, architects, Project Managers, field operations, sub-contractors and vendors.
Successful career managing all aspects of commercial construction projects for retail, hospital, educational, non-profit and religious clients. Outstanding record of quality management for all professional disciplines, including interaction with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, local government officials and field personnel. I have managed the implementation of a successful Preconstruction Department for a $600M Construction Management Firm. Most recently managed a construction business unit for a Real Estate Development Business.
Peggy’s well rounded journey in the construction industry began over twenty years ago, starting as a receptionist. She fell in love with the construction industry and continued her education during the journey, working her way up to Controller. She’s held the Controller position for over 6 years now. She has strong team values and knows she plays one role of many that are required for a successful project delivery. Peggy feels blessed that she is a part of the A.C. Owen team where the company values of hard work, loyalty, fairness, customer service and the love of what they do so closely match her own values.
