Renovation of 6,200 SF historic building along “Film Row” on Sheridan Ave. in downtown Oklahoma City to create a working space for an Emmy award-winning documentary film company. The design and construction goal was to maintain the historic nature of the building, originally constructed in 1950, while creating an environment conducive to the artistic creation and production of documentary films.

The restoration and renovation of a building in a historic district in Oklahoma City gave the design and construction team with a unique opportunity to re purpose an old building while maintaining the historic attributes of the structure. The use of local craftsmen and custom fabricated materials and finishes made this project one of Oklahoma’s best of the best!
