Aaron was raised in the construction industry, as a builder’s son. So from a very early age, he spent many summers physically working on construction sites and learning the “hands on” trades. After graduation from Oklahoma State University, with a B.S. in Engineering Technology/Construction Management, he put his field experience together with his education and quickly rose to the top of the industry.
His ability to work so well with others, to understand the needs of his customers and his continuing knowledge of the changing construction means and methods has made him the ideal professional for designing, value engineering and negotiating projects to meet the needs of his customers. Customer relations is one of Aaron’s biggest assets, he delivers what is agreed upon. His client list is strong, but he is ready to make it longer and stronger.
Aaron is ASHE Certified (American Society of Healthcare Engineers), past AGC of OK Board Member (Association of General Contractors), an AIA affiliate Member (American Institute of Architects), OSHA 30 Hour course completed, and an AGC Committee Member.
Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager
Dean brings 23 years of procurement and project management skills from manufacturing to AC Owen Construction. After graduating with a BS in Finance he began his career in manufacturing directing projects, coordinating vendors, team members and negotiating contracts for timely completion.
His ability to work with people, execute timelines and identify the critical path to project completion are a few of the skills he brings to this industry. Working closely with our superintendents and sub-contractors, Dean states, “communication is the key to success in any project.”
Peggy’s well rounded journey in the construction industry began over twenty years ago, starting as a receptionist. She fell in love with the construction industry and continued her education during the journey, working her way up to Controller. She’s held the Controller position for over 6 years now.
She has strong team values and knows she plays one role of many that are required for a successful project delivery. Peggy feels blessed that she is a part of the A.C. Owen team where the company values of hard work, loyalty, fairness, customer service and the love of what they do so closely match her own values.
Office Manager / Estimating Coordinator
Jessica has been working with ACO since 2012 and holds the office together. She’s worked very hard to get where she is today, her hard work, great attitude and commitment breaks through every day. Jessica is very reliable resource for clients, employees and subcontractors.
